Galaxy Goods

Feeling creative. Free time? Will only end in Face paint.
Whether you're staying in, going out - interested in dressing up, or just fancy indulging in makeup makeover post - watch this space.

Warning, Pun.
I've put the product list up pre post to tease ya tastebuds, or so, by some wild stretch of the imagination, you dig my idea and want to create it for tonight, that you've got prep time. All this popular print needs is a few products, and a bit of perseverance

Tools Tips, to make me up

Outfit - Found my inspiration from an old, oversized crop top from Matalan. Leggings? Dress?Nails? Full Body Paint? Possibilities are endless with this particular print.
Galaxy manicure, is a marvelous thing; but a makeup life's for me, so a quick coat with NYC Polish 'Skin tight denim creme'? sufficed.
Hair do, optional. For mine? Hairspray and Hairbrush
Moon and star Jewellery, if you happen to have it like me.

Tools - Any makeup brushes. Due a wash? They will be.
RT Strippling brush, Blush Brush, Base Shadow Brush
Eco tools blending brush
Superdrug own, and QVS Concealer brush
Art shop fine line brush
Brow brush/Spoolie
False lashes (Eyelure Naturalites, superfull '100')
Example to work from - if like me things can get a little abstract from memory - I followed the theme of the top, attempting to camoflage myself in with the tones and flow. Colours and shapes are all purely preference and taste. Deeper - spookier? Pastel-y - more phycadellic. To each their own shade.

Makeup/Face Products
Garnier 5 second blur (face primer)
Origins cream eyeshadow 'Vanilla Vroom' (Eyelid primer)
Face Paints by Snazaroo (white, pink, purple) by Grimas (Blue, Green)
Colourful eyeshadow palette
No7 Intense volume Navy mascara
No7 Stay Perfect Liner 'Sea'
MUA 'Undress your skin' shimmer highlighter
NYX Jumbo EYe Pencil 'Milk'
Not as Much Makeup as you would expect

You could simply stick with face paint, but generally the result is more patchy, very matte, and flat, so I added dimension in the form of shadows; some shimmery, some simply for shading. I do know better in terms of quality, but range and value for money trumps all others; the ebay 120 pan palette.
Alternative colourful palettes include - stila 'in the moment', Cargo 'Barcelona' and wet 'n' wild 6 pan palettes in: 'Blue had me at hello' and 'petal pusher'
Co-ordinating singles I rate - the L'oreal Infailables, Stila individuals, Maybelline 'hypocosmos' duos, with their colour tatoos being a great creme colour option. A bit of sparkle? 17, glitter liners, or loose pigments.
Less outlandish dual use makeup already in your collection - suitable blushes, unsutble Highlights and lipsticks.

Life in Technicolour, will presume tomorrow.
